Opinions on a deal help needed?

One of my buddies has a 2007 5.9 cummins 4dr long bed big horn edition with 26,000 miles on it with 6in lift kit with 35's and he wants me to buy it for 27,000 and i need to know yall's opinion to see if it is a good deal.

ya it has a couple dings on the tail gate. but i think it is in good condition but i was trying to get some of yalls opinions.

How did he treat the truck? Does he have any supporting mods for the truck? How are the tires? I don't think it is that bad of a deal overall, but I never like to buy an used heavily modded truck. At that price he isn't exactly giving it away.

I was thinking about that but he has had the lift on for 10,000 miles but when i get it i am taking it off.

Does he have all he stock parts to lower it back down? Sounds like you are leaning towards getting it. Let us know when you get it....

6" lift and 35s? a bit much on the lift end for 35s, ya think? $27k hmmmm

Go to the URL below and put in what it is like SLT or ST etc and also what it has for options to find out what it may be worth as they get lower every day do to higher fuel cost. My self I think right now 27K is to much for it as for trade in it may only be worth 20K or less depending on your local economy. http://www.edmunds.com/tmv/used/2007...500/index.html
