Let us know what they find. I have the same noise on the front end of my truck. It started about 10k miles ago and is slowly getting worse. It is heard only on small, sharp bumps.

 

Check your ball joints good. I had the same problem for months, dealer replaced nearly the entire right side suspension trying to solve the problem. They had my truck in 5 times, could not find the problem until they actually moved the rubber boot around. They found it had tore on the backside, where it was filled with water and crud that would make this gosh awful squeeking/squeeling noise.
