Wedge a big flat screwdriver against it and hit the bolt with a impact.

Yeah I was going to say I've not had that happen, but maybe some penetrating oil, try to wedge a chisel or something in there, and try an air impact hammer.

Yup... wedge anything you can in there and create pressure, then hit with an impact gun

thanks to you DTR members that replied...well I finally got the lower shock bolt out! It took 3hrs. to do it. After lots of effort almost impossible to get a wrench on the silly mopar flag nut but I was able to wedge a pry bar to hold a box wrench that I had to heat up with map gas to straighten the wrench so it would fit between the coil & shock. My buddy held the pry bar & box wrench & I put the breaker bar & 21mm socket on the bolt & started to loosen it. It was super hard even with a length of pipe on the bar.. then voila!! the frickin 14mm bolt snapped ...yes!!!! thanks dodge for this screwy set up. One bolt three hrs....

Anti-Sieze on it when you put it back together. Everytime I loosen a bolt or screw on these rust buckets anti-seize is the answer for future repairs, AND there will be repairs.
