Most all filterheads use a thread adapter that is a seperate piece, the Fs20000 uses a different thread adapter than their other fuel filters. Not a big deal really just order a standard filter head and the correct adapter from a Cummins dealer and your set, Mine cost me less than $30 if I remember correctly.
