First Auto loader problem?

Read on another forum that a poor fella lost his automatic tranny with 1,100 miles on it.

This is the first total failure I have heard of, anyone else know of others?

Inevitable for some to fail, what do they say is acceptable failure for particular items, 1%? Forgot what they say, but read it someplace. They know there will be some.

Hunter

Hunter, I keep following you around. I read in Consumer Reports that they consider a failuer rate less than 3% normal above 3% unacceptable and excessive. If its mine it's unacceptable.

Just got back from the dealer and they were telling me that they just had a guy lose his transmission after having the truck for less than a month. Can't say as I'd be too impressed!

Was his truck a St. Louis Ram or the Bilingual Version?
