EGT's climbing and erratic at idle caused by an injector starting to leak?

Looks like my truck has got the dreaded leaky injector. I noticed it tonight on the way to get a pizza. It was running perfect until I stopped at a light. It started clacking somewhat so I looked at my gauges and sure enough my egt's were flucuating from 450 to 500 degrees at idle. My probe is on the 1,2,3 runner so it has to be one of those injectors. Don't have any diesel in the oil yet. Any one else notice this on there EGT gauge? Has it had time to do any damage? Would you take it to the dealer and get the one bad one replaced or just suck it up and buy a set of Don M Flux 1's and be done with it?
