Driver's Side Squeal
I've read quite a few posts regarding a "squeal" or "squeak" coming from the vicinity of the front driver's side wheel when making a right turn. My dealer has replaced the power steering pump and will be replacing the hydoboost pump this monday. Neither of these things, from the posts I've read, have fixed the problem. I have a 04.5 and would like to know if anyone has had this problem actually fixed. My warranty was up around 1000 miles ago but the dealer has an open ticket on this and says these replacements are covered. I'd like to get to the bottom of this soon as I'm afraid my open ticket is going to get closed before the problem gets fixed.
Applying the brakes has no affect on the noise and the only things that do seem to affect it are temperature (must be hot outside) and camber of the road when I'm making a right turn (un-even road amplifies the sound).
