Does your trans dipstick tube rest on the AC line?

As the temps start to rise, I was noticing my AC was not putting out cold air. Since I have the Chrysler Extended warranty, I decided to take it into the dealer. They told me that the problem is that the transmission dipstick tube was rubbing on one of the hard air conditioning lines, and rubbed a hole in the line draining all the refrigerant. The mechanic said the dipstick tube should be a little further to the right to prevent it from resting on the ac line.

I've only had the truck dealer serviced, so I think it came that way off the assembly line. There is even a 2-3 inch section of foam around the dipstick tube where it meets the ac line as if that was there to allow it to rest on the line, but not damage it. Only other possibility is that i had he dealer service the transmission (drain and flush) about a year ago, maybe they bent the line then.

I'd like to know if any other owners can take a look under the hood and tell me if the transmission dipstick tube on their truck rests on the ac line and if it has that little section of foam around the dipstick tube.
