Code P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
 

My 2004.5 threw this code last night after 300 miles of towing a heavy load. Recently I have had issues with rough idle. No noticable smoke. Replaced the Fuel Pressure Actuator 1000 miles ago do to rough idle.
246,000 miles, no modifications, basic regular maintenance.
Time to replace injectors? Just do #1?
And where to get injectors?

The rough idle is kinda like a 'miss' in a gasser, huh? If you pull the top apart to just replace #1, one of the others will probably soon follow. It's best (IMHO) to replace all 6 sticks. I used Flux Diesel Injection to rebuild the sticks in my '03 and was very happy. I'm not sure they will test and rebuild 'your' sticks for you, but they do sell sets and charge a refundable core for a quicker turnaround time.
