clutch slippping

I'm not the least bit concerned. You, on the other hand, may well have reason to be so.
Isn't it pretty obvious that you've exceeded the capacity of your present clutch? You've either already ruined it, or you're now well on the way.
If I were you, I'd be looking at clutch/pressure plate upgrades. You'll be needing one soon.

wow thats funny. Now back to your problem. Yes, you will need to upgrade your clutch. I just went to a sbc dd clutch. love it. you might not need that much of a clutch but south bend has many different hp ratings on their clutches. ya need to start lookin for a new clutch.

How many miles have you been running on the pup?
I'd think it would still last for awhile.
You're not feathering the throttle on launch are you? Seriously decreases clutch life. Clutch system is designed for zero throttle launch.
Sooooo..... your saying you can't dump the clutch at 3000rpm in 3rd gear when stacked with an EZ and VA and expect to have a stock clutch last 300K. HMMMM, my bad
