Clunking sound from rear when cold

Guys does anyone else have this problem or know what the fix is ??

I have a 04.5 3500 and when it gets cold here any bump I go over I get this loud clunk sound from the rear. Seems like it is more on the passenger side.
It is to the point where it is driving me crazy as it happens daily when it is colder outside.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this ???? PLEASE

I would check the shocks bolts first since it only happen when going over a bump. Spare tire loose maybe?

I could be mistaken, but I think it is the cheap factory shocks. Mine clunks when cold, but don't hear anything after I drive for a while ir when it warms up later in the day.
