Cheapest Route For Changing Gear Ratio

I don't drag race but that's exactly the point...my setup is nowhere near stock.
With my 35 inch tires I get in the "proper" RPM for good mileage and power at 120 km/h. This is about 1600 - 1800 RPM. My truck is even happier doing 140 km/h. However, our speed limit is 100 km/h, which is too low an RPM.
The lower RPM may not be such a big deal if you have a tiny A/R on the turbine side of the turbo, but I have a triple-turbo setup and it likes being at the 1600 - 2000 RPM range - and it get's really fun at even higher RPM.
I've used an online calculator to show what I need is about a 4.0 to 4.1 gear set in my diff to get to where I want to go.
