Can't get the torq screws out of the FCA

So I get the diagnosis. FCA is bad. I pick up the new one at Max Torq Diesel in Golden Co. Get it home, grab my T25 torq bit and proceed to rupture the blood vessels in my right eye while trying to get the first one out.
Are they supposed to be that **** tight? I'm afraid of stripping the head out if I put a ratchet on it.
If you have any ideas or have run into this issue, please let me know how you felt with it.
Thanks for the look and help

Try tapping on the torx bit to break the Loctite loose.

I sprayed a little PB Blaster on the bolt heads the night before. I actually only got to the top and side bolt and not the bottom bolt with the PB Blaster...I could tell a huge difference by the ones sprayed. Also, try what spooler said!

A tiny bit of heat applied to a bolt makes a huge difference in softening up the locktite. Just not sure on the FCA how safe it is to apply heat to that area, with the risk of damaging seals etc.

Thanks guys

I just sprayed some of the new, WD40 product on it. I will let it sit over night and give it another shot in daylight. I'll give them a good tap too
Thanks!

I was actually thinking about hitting it with an impact.

If you can get to it, that is the best way. Use a 1/4in impact if you have it.

Mine came out pretty easily after tapping the screw heads with a hammer and a brass drift.

Not sure about the new penetrant from WD-40. But I'v been using BP blaster for years with pretty good results.

The best rust buster is a 50:50 mixture of auto trans fluid and acetone.

Get a hand impact tool. For screws it works a lot better than any other type of impact wrench. You risk of rounding out the screw head is almost zero.

Well I did it. Two out of three came out this morning. Not bad. Except the first one stripped. I've tried vice grips as a last resort and still no luck. ID like to meet the gorilla that put these on.
Anybody dealt with this one yet? Or am I just special?
Thanks again for all the suggestions

Grabit

Has anyone had any experience with the Grabit extractor. I'm thinking about trying one on the stripped torx head.
