Broke NV5600 Input Shaft...HELP!

Broke NV5600 Input Shaft...HELP!
Just got the transmission dropped on my truck and discovered I completely snapped the input shaft on my 05 at the drags last week. Got a few questions...
1. Where can I buy a new one?
2. Since the broke part of the input shaft is still stuck in the clutch is the clutch totaled too?
3. How hard is it to put a new input shaft in one of these trannys?
Any help and advise is greatly appreciated thanks guys
