Yep, best mod you can do, really changes everything. My truck has a rubber protector between the cab/bed, any kind of debris getting in that area will cause problems for more than just a driveshaft. What kind of idiot shovels stuff in there anyway??

Not to spoil the fun, but an aluminum driveshaft under a truck that size doesn't make sense to me. Aluminum doesn't have the longevity endurance like steel does.

I was told by a man who's been in the driveshaft business for over 30 years not to go to a one piece. There is a reason why they made a two piece. I am sure in the long run we will be reading a lot of complaints about this 1 piece especially when someone who tows heavy loads snaps one in half under their first load.
