Better ride without lifting?

I have a bone stock 05'. I want a better ride without lifting the truck. Can I swap out the front springs for something softer?

I hear the Kore kit is the best , as far as ride quality goes...maybe they make replacement springs?

I noticed you have a ATS tranny, I had a 99' with tranny issues. Are there problems with these years also?

Softer springs may help but it will never ride like a Caddy, it is a solid front axle truck. You want a better ride, buy a DuraMax, it is IFS.

Then learn to live with the solid front axle. What kind of air pressure are you running in your tires?

Can't go too soft with that Cummins Diesel we are running. Give Thuren or Carli a holler and see if they can help you out.

As far as I can tell ...all of the autos are O.K. at best , even if the truck is left stock.

The best thing you can do to improve the ride is change the shocks. A set of Bilsteins will do wonders.

If you plan to carry heavy loads once in a while go with Rancho 9000s in the rear and Bilsteins in the front.

Huge difference over stock.

i can attest to this...the SFA 85-97 f-350 4x4's are ROCK hard in the ride department.

Dodges ride like a caddy in comparison
