Lift Pump Pressure?
Hello,
I've been searching on here for this information but I keep finding different answers. so I thought I would post a direct question.
On my truck (SIG) if I want to monitor lift pump pressure, what is the pressure range I should look for?
I've been driving a 2nd gen for about 15 years; so I'm paranoid about lift pump failures!
My truck has the lift pump in the tank; which I believe was done at a dealer. The entire fuel system appears to be factory original
I'm planning on getting some gauges and watching fuel pump pressure is one thing I plan to watch.
Thanks in advance for any and all replies!

Just a quick follow-up to anybody interested.
I've now read just about every forum post I could find on many major websites for our trucks. Seems like the consensus on the factory lift pumps for 3rd gens with the 5.9 is that it should have 9-10 psi at idle, 4-5 psi at WOT.
It was also discussed that if you put a tuner on your truck and see this drop to 2-3 psi a lift-pump upgrade is a good idea.
