Axle fluid capacities

Hi,

I am new to the DTR and already have a question. I am planning on doing my own maintenace.

It is coming up on the time to change the fluid in my axles and I cannot find out how much I need to purchase. I searched the forums and found out how to, but not how much.

Looking through the maintenance log it says the transmission and the transfer case fluids never need changes. Is this true?

My best,

Don

Don, put your truck specs in your signature. It makes it easier to answer questions when people know the what you are driving.

Look in the glove box and it will tell you what axle you have for front and rear. I'm thinking all SRW have 9.25 in the fronts which should be 4.75 pts.
