P2609 code

My question is. I got the engine light warning and used my code reader to find out what the problem was. It told me I had an issue with a sensor ,loose or corroded wires ,or the grid heater could be bad.. I erased the code and the next time I started the truck the light went out in about 3 seconds. Truck runs fine but just wondering if it would show the engine light again if the problem was still there.

Perhaps if you supplied some details about this vehicle, ie year, model, type etc, someone may be able to help you.
