47 re gasket

Is it re-useable or do I need to get a new one when I drop the pan?

The one you get at the dealer is reuseable. But I don't think the one that comes with it is.

I just installed mt DTT valve body and reused the factory gasket last weekend. No leaks so far. Do yourself a favor and install a drain plug while the pan is off. I wish I would have done it......

Yes the pan gasket is reuseable. I need to get off my lazy tail and change mine. First need to find out if the band adjustments are the same as for the 48RE.
What do you mean someone stole bandwidth?

pan gskt

yes mark the pan gskt on your trans is reusable. it should be a black plastic design with a built in oring style rubber all the way around the gskt. if you dont feel comfortable reusing it i can send you a new one with the cd manual i got for you. i will put the cd manual in the mail next week.
