x2 at 70 im just over 2 grand...something like 2150-2250 at 80 im right at 2500. if we had 4.10s you could kiss unloaded interstate driving byebye, as well as decent fuel milage. I measured my stock rubber mounted at 31in tall. I'm looking to jump up to around 33's to drop my rpm a little.

Just picked up a `06 3500 CTD Quad cab shortbed with automatic and 4:10 rearend. At 60mph it turns about 1850(?)I`ll double check it.What`s your opinon on unloaded interstate driving with my set-up?Sorry to hijack your thread.

Nothing wrong with it, but you can only get a 6-speed with 3.73's from the factory. Once you get it you can put 4.56's in there if you want. But the 6-speed is geared so low you wouldn't want anything lower than 3.73s. Most people are hoping to get 3.55's for their 6-speed.
