2007 dodge 2500 5.9 cummins trans temp and wts light flashes when low 20 degree weath

I have a 2007 dodge 2500 with 5.9 cummins. When temp drops in mid to low twenties the trans temp and wts light flashes resulting in a no start condition. No problems at all with mid twenties and above. Has 2 new batteries and new cable ends. Driving me nuts and see no other forums on issue. No idea if any codes as dont have code reader. Also new iat sensor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Also, all grounds have been cleaned and truck is stock

Fuel injectors are fine. Its an electrical issue that only happens when temp gets in lower 20s or colder. Trans temp and wts light goes on and off and shuts down fuel supply
