I am trying to install a new drive belt. How in the Hell does this thing go on? I worked for 3 hours with no luck. Is there online illustrations out there anywhere. Every vehicle I've ever owned always had a diagram on the shroud but not this truck. What is the trick?

As far as I know there were no changes to the 07 5.9 engine from any other 5.9 year as far as belt routing.

Hopefully this diagram will help some....

It does not go around the fan. I know it doesn't make much sense, but if you are starting by looping the belt over the fan it will never work.

The trick is twisting belt so it will go behind tensioner pulley first then the rest is easy.
