2005 TTVA Codes

Hello everybody. My son has a 2005 2500. Recently it got stuck in a ditch full of snow. Once we got it out the codes 1751 and 1753 popped up. The tran was rebuilt 60,000 miles ago. Fluid is good and such. Do I have to clear those codes once I have done some parts replacement before it should start shifting correctly? It will only shift at about 2500 to 3000 rpms.

The dealer in town is not reliable or trustworthy. I would never take any thing there.
