2004.0 2146 after replacing injectors/injector harnesses.

I have recently bought a 2004 (early style) quad cab 2500 with the ISB 325. The truck sat for a year before I purchased but it ran well. had the 2146 injector code in it along with a trans code. Fixed the transmission code buy putting a new harness on due to some corroded wires. Observed oil getting by the injectors harness so I replaced all 3 harness. Still through the 2146. Took out injector bank 1 and omhed them at normal results under 1 ohm. Replaced those 2 injectors because the code kept coming back with refurbished ones from d&w deisel, a local diesel shop. Still through the code so I ohmed the harness to the ECU with next to no resistance. Also ohmed the new harnesses they checked out ok. Found the ECU was loosing 2VDC to ground and fixed the ground. Truck ran great again for 2 weeks now it's throwing the 2146 again. Not sure if it's the ECU. Was hoping to reach out here before being out while sending it out for repair. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Correction and update.

I have to make a correction: The code reads P0251. Don't know that this changes anything. Also, an update. After disconnecting both batteries and letting it set for a few hours, the code still come up, but the light out. Will drive it today, and hopefully all is well......Hey, I can dream, can't I?

Sorry I don't have an answer for you, but this sounds quite similar to what I am experiencing, and just maybe sharing knowledge might trigger a thought between us. My 2004.5 just threw a P0250 code. Some kind soul dropped me a note that this was indicating the #5 injector harness. What exactly does your 2046 indicate? I cannot detect any difference in how my truck is running. I do know that I am WAY overdue on the fuel filter, and I had not been aware that I had my fueling box turned on partially. Don't know if this could have triggered the ECU into sending a false signal or not. I will replace the filter today and try to determine if there is anything obvious, but already don't expect to find anything. Hoping for some insight from this fantastic site, as I avoid the dealerships like the plague. Thank you. Mike

2146 is the code that can commonly determine if it injectors going bad according to what I found. What I'm experiencing is now that I have all three injectors in bank 1 replaced I'm still getting the code.I can own check rate from the ECM all the way to the injector pig tail with .1 resistance on all wires. Today I'm going to ohm to ground from each wire then also test voltage to the negative battery lead. It's all leading to a bad ECM but I'm not quite there yet. If anybody knows a way to check voltage off the ECM without throwing the code that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I hope this helps.
