My 07 manual has the ABS & parking brake light on? Been on for about a week now, brakes still seem to be working fine, w/plenty of brake fluid in resorvoir. Sometimes they are not on, sometimes they flash, sometimes they are on constatly. Seems like the longer i go the more they are on constantly. The both come on/off together? Anyone??

I need to take it in to dealership to get drag link replaced, so i guess i will have the brakes checked out as well, just thought i might be able to get an idea beforehand. Thanks!

 

My truck did this running the Bullydog. It wouldn't change tires size on the BD and after several attempts, I tried to return the programming to stock. Then the ABS and parking brake light came on, speedo quit and brakes would go into ABS mode, chattering with no stopping power. Called Bullydog and they said if you program the BD over 34" tire dia, it screws up the ABS and throws codes. He helped me re-program the bullydog and it's been fine since.
Maybe a similar problem with your Edge??

 

Same thing happened on mine. Fortunately it was still under warranty. Ended up being the rear diff sensor. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem with the ABS and Brake light comming on. I got under the truck yesterday and found that a clear mounting bracket that holds the wiring to the sensor had come loose. I re-installed the bracket on the existing bolt and the lights are off, the speedo works and so does the cruise control. I will install a zip tie to make sure it does not happen again.
