07 specs question

In 2007 the first modles could be purchased with a 5.9 would one of these
trucks be the same as a 06 emissions wise ? An the only differences just be
cosmetic ?
Thanks George

Only differences I'm aware of between the 06 and the early 07 5.9's are, the G56 trans in the later, early 07's (couple months before the switch to 6.7 engine) have a slightly deeper 6th gear OD ratio. Rest is cosmetic, tail light lens', dashboard inserts went from wood grain to silver on the SLT's.
