'05 running rough... sometimes

Hey guys, need some help here. My '05's been running rough on and off for the past couple months. Yesterday I was on the highway for about 2.5 hrs, i pulled into a Rotten Ronnies for a quick grease fix and sitting in the drive though she started idleing so rough it was shaking the truck, then she kicked up to high idle and it REALLY shook then. I got my sack of grease and pulled out of the drive thru, stopped to check it out in the parking lot and she was running smooth!? It's not the first time its done this. It'll run rough then for no apparent reason it runs fine, but its getting more frequent. I just changed oil and air filters and I do fuel filters religously (learned that the hard way, 6 injectors and $7200 later). It doesn't seem to smoke anymore then usual, Level 3 on the Juice is all i ever usually run and doesn't smoke too bad. On the highway it seems to still have lots of power and runs smooth. I'm hoping its not an injector but from the other posts I've read, it kinda seems like it. Anyone got any other ideas to help me diagnose this? Oh yeah no codes or CEL on either.

Mine does it often...I travel alot and it is usually after coming off the road and fueling...I often think it's the fuel, but it just does it at differant times with the same tank..

Yeah, same deal with me, usually coming off the road, and usually a couple times in the same tank.

what is a fca?

Someone might correct me here but i think it stands for Fuel Control Actuator. It's a little servo type thing on the CP3 that regulates the amount of fuel going into the unit to be pressurized. That's my understanding of it anyway.
