Exclamation '03 Code Help

I posted on here before about my Outlook monitor not reading boost for some reason. It read everything else and all the other functions worked properly but the boost read a constant 44-45 psi. My truck threw codes, I erased them, and they hadn't come back until yesterday (about a month later) when I finally was getting around to pulling the Outlook to send back to Bully Dog.

After I had pulled the monitor and plugged everything back up to stock, my truck started throwing one new code and one that it threw before. P0483, Fan 3 control circuit, and P0238, high boost.

I've been reading here that P0483 has something to do with the fan clutch and may or may not be an issue. Water temp hasn't changed. Any comments?

I don't know what to make of P0238. I thought it could have been from my Power Pup, so I reset that to stock and I cleared the codes and before I even cranked the truck it was throwing it again. What could cause this and what can I do to fix it? The truck doesn't run any differently and I haven't seen any other changes. It currently has 87,xxx miles on it. I also already cleaned the connection on the MAP sensor since I removed the Outlook.

Thanks for the input

-Steve

So I guess I didn't really drive it enough before I made the previous post. Earlier I just drove it around the neighborhood and didn't really get into it.

I just got back from driving where I got up to speed and it acted like I wasn't getting enough fuel. It would get up to speed but just barely. Had no throttle response and speed and RPMs moved very gradually. If I'm correct, the boost sensor is nothing more than the MAP sensor, and this very well be my problem. I'm thinking it probably has something to do with the Outlook monitor since it fuels/defuels via the MAP sensor and I didn't have problems until I removed it.

Can anybody correct me or help me out? Is P0238 the code that would tell me I was having a problem with the MAP sensor?

I know that this is an old post but I was having same symptoms with my 2004 and a non-dealer Cummins mechanic diagnosed that the boost sensor was hooped. Replaced sensor, improved response and power. Still have P0602 code but only when the power pup is installed. Anybody know what gives?
