If it is too loud you are to old LOve mine straight piped even pulling my 5th wheel.

Straight pipe it but put another turbo between the stock turbo and the exhaust pipe. That helps quiet it done a fair amount.

I have a '06 with a straight pipe but the catalytic converter is still there. It sounds good and definitely louder but not as loud as the earlier models with no cat and a muffler. You can still hear a little bit of turbo whistle even with the cat installed.

Thanks all for the replies. I went ahead and ordered a muffler delete kit. Looking forward to it.
