Exclamation Losing Coolant all the time ?

I did the egr full delete and replaced the water pump about 10k miles ago and since the egr delete I lose antifreeze all the time and I start truck up and bring it to temp so thermostat opens and can't see any leaks anywhere. Does anyone have an idea where Im losing antifreeze ? Or what is going on if I'm burning it up or could the water pump be bad again so soon ?

I don't know what truck you have (try filling out your Signature on the User CP page), but on some trucks there is an issue of a leaking short piece of hose on the passenger side, down low, I think under the turbo, due to a loose clamp. You can check there and if it is leaking, tighten up the clamp.
Back to morning brew . . .

Mine was losing coolant from the engine side of the bypass hose when I first deleted. Try tightening the clamp more.

How's your coolant recovery bottle doing? Does the level stay constant or?

Get an oil test kit and see if there's coolant in the oil and a coolant test kit and test for exhaust gasses in the coolant.

If you're not seeing on the ground then its going somewhere its not supposed to go and it's probably due to a head gasket leak. (Could be the power level 3 and doughnuts you're doing)

The recovery bottle goes up and down. I think it's the water pump and the thermostat because I can't find and leaks or stains on the back of the block or heads or transmission. The only place that looks a little wet is the water pump right behind the pulley .

WP bearing going out already (weep hole leaking behind the pulley). Easy replacement but think about what brand you got before that only lasted you 10k miles.

Just bought a OEM Cummins water pump and Cummins Tstat and new serpentine belt. Replacing all of it asap and will give the results in a couple weeks hopefully it stops the leak. I learned my lesson no more Napa water pumps.
