broken electrical post on injector

after replacing injector #3 that failed, I overtightened the electrical connection to injector #1 and broke the electrical post. All the injectors are the OEM bosch injectors on my 2007 5.9.

will this require me to replace injector #1, or is that can be easily be repaired?

should i tighten the electrical connections hand tight, or what is the torque i should use? I know I went to hard, but not sure how tight they need to be.

I'm not positive for your's, but my '03 HO specs are 14 INCH Pounds. Emphasis on the INCH, not foot. Good luck.
