Yes they will, search the forum and you can see how people did it, try searching "heated tow mirrors".

Unfortunately that isn't quite accurrate. You need two sets, a 2nd gen set of flip out tow mirrors and a 3rd gen set of the same with the power/heated feature. You have to switch the bases, as the cab contours changed. The mirror heads and extension arms remained the same shape and the conversion is not too difficult yet involved. Do a search on 'flipout power tow mirrors' and see what you come up with. Mine are in the process of switching over to power/heated, as I have the stock flip outs but no power/heat feature. Good luck. Kurt

Actually you will need three sets. The 02 and newer for the heat and tow, the 01 and earlier for the base, and the original mirrors for the pigtail for the power and heat. You also have to be careful when buying the 02 and newer mirrors because Dodge changed the mirrors. I just converted mine over and I was given the left side power mirror for free. It worked great. I bought a right side mirror from the dealer and when I took it apart they had changed the shape just enough so it looks like it will work but when you mate it up with the early base it does not line up right. It would work but it will look real odd.
As far as I can tell you will need mirrors with a part # with letters ending in "AK" or lower. Hope this helps

As I understand it, you want the '03-'06 2500 flip out towing mirrors for the power/heat option. The bases from an 00-02 2500 flip out tow mirrors. The 02 1500's were the first 3rd gens. The 03 2500's followed with the 3rd gen. There is some wire switching to do because the up to 02 control **** is different than the 03 version. You will need the 02 earlier 'mouse ear' mirror control **** for the drivers door to move the power section(dealer $35). You will then acquire the Heater A/C control panel from the same era truck with the "heat" button for the mirrors in the lower left corner and install it (Junk yard $70). If you are lucky your truck has all the wiring already in the doors and behind the A/C switch panel for all this. There is a converter pigtail for the swap over out there. Do a search on 'Power/heated tow mirrors" and you'll find a lot more info and better explanations. Kurt
