Why some U-joints fail too soon

The problem I have with greasable u-joints is even if you add enough grease for it to squirt out the seals it often only comes out one or two of them.
On my farm equipment PTO driveshafts I've paid attention and it's usually the same couple of seals that the grease exits.
Sometimes you can get it to exit from different seals by rotating the joint while greasing but it doesn't happen often.
After a joint failure when disassembling the joint it seems there are always a couple of bearings filled with hard dried grease...

I've been looking and did a search on U-Joints but still have not found anyone referencing places to buy good U-Joints...
Can anyone tell me where I can get a set of Spicer U-Joints for my 2005 SWB 2500?
Thanks,
Mark

I had my main driveshaft u-joints (Spicer 5-801X) changed on my steel one-piece driveshaft. They are the sealed, pre-lubed u-joints which are supposed to be stronger than the manual lube version. I would have done it myself but I'm lacking the proper venue.
Part of my problem was the u-joints, but the other part was the rear differental spider gear clutches locking up when making a sharp left turn. My Mobil 1 75w/90 synthetic fluid was'nt enough to work the clutches so I added 8 ounces of the Mopar Friction Modifyer which cured the problem.
Now I'm rolling hard again. Next on my plate is to add the DynaTrac manual locking hubs to the front during my front-end rebuild.

Exactly, so many people just put a couple pumps of grease in and think there good. If you can't get grease to go to all 4 cups, either try to rotate the shaft or pull the shaft and grease/replace them. It's pretty good when I pull a shaft and the U-joint has really never seen grease in it's life...where did all the needles go?

Dinner, it's just common sense! 1 or 2 cups will take grease easier than the others, and the ones that take it easily do 'leak' grease out when I'm pumping away, but eventually grease begins to show around the other cups--at that point I know I'm done.
