What's it worth?

Just wondering what my truck would be worth if [edit] ever froze over and I decided to sell it (see sig).

Has 220K on the clock, some small scratches in the bed, and peeling clear coat on the hood, but other than that it is in VERY fair shape and runs like a champ!

You won't be worth a nickel if you keep using language like that here.

I'd like to know the same. I'm don't know about you guys but I do try to go to church on a regular basis. I pray and try to read my bible daily. Now if you do read your bible, what do you do when you see God or Jesus talking about (Edit), hades, the underworld? You do realize that that red lettering in the bible are qoutes from Jesus? Edit is the polar oppisite of heaven. Like north and south. Black and white. It's just a place, like Timbuktoo or where ever. Of course it's not a place any of us whats to go too. So why is it offensive? Or am I missing something here?

That part of Africa was never on my list of "places to visit"...honestly I wouldn't recomend it...unless you really need to see what 3rd world means.

Just so everyone understands, occasionally one or two words might slide by and never be noticed, but, when you make it a point to discuss it on an open forum sooner or later one of us is going to come across it and somebody is going to get their bottom fanned. It would be greatly appreciated if y'all try to refrain from using "questionable" words and if, you just have to make your point one last time, take it to the pm's. Thank you very, very much.

I'd say $12k-ish.

And I can't believe there are actually CTD owners with nothing better to do than search out and reports posts with mildest of expletives.

Totallyrad..... Please help me understand. I didn't use any words in any derogatory way. I was just questioning why you think a word that is used through out the bible is so offensive? As a matter of fact I was using it in the context of the bible. Know I understand profanity can not be tolerated on this forum. But IF you read what I wrote, you'd realize i wasn't using profanity of any kind.

JPR Ram and Scramblinman:

I thought that Administrator "Totallyrad" did a good job of trying to explain things to you guys. I realize you guys have your own opinions and views on things, but it really gets down to the fact that there have been rules established here on this site by the owner and Chief Operating Officer (Lary Ellis (Top) and all members are expected to follow those rules while posting and being a member here. When you signed up here you agreed to follow those Forum Rules.

Scramblinman, let me also comment on your statement; "I can't believe there are actually CTD owners with nothing better to do than search out and report posts with the mildest of expletives." I think your statement is a little bit overexaggerated. This option of "Reporting a Post" can be done by any DTR Member. It's purpose is to help our own members "keep the order here." If you or any member does report a post, for whatever reason, then it is the job of the Administrators to go to that thread and make the corrections if needed. Generally, we try to give a warning on most foul language type issues. Infractions (points) can also be given to the member if the violation is serious enough.

The bottom line here is watch what you are typing when you make a post.
If you do not like the rules you are welcome to contact or P.M. Lary Ellis (Top) to express your concerns. Not to offend either one of you here, but there are other diesel websites that are probably more "lenient" on some of the language than DTR is. I guess I would suggest that if you don't feel you can follow the rules here (whether you agree with them or not) then maybe one of the other diesel websites would be a better choice for you.
