What steering to chose
Hi
Want to uppgrade my Y steering to T steering.
What to choose ?
98 - 99 Hd or 3 gen .
Will the 98-99 HD fit right in.? This is the part number that I have found here on this forum.
Long Tie Rod #DS1456
Drag Link #DS1459
Left Out Tie Rod # ES3496
Tie Rod @Pitman Arm #ES3527
Small Adj. Sleeve #ES2012S
Large Adj. Sleeve #ES3498S

Be careful, the 98-99 style fits the 94-97 taper.
The 3rd gen taper is the same for the 2000-2002 trucks.
There isn't a ton of difference in the tapers, but you really don't want a mismatched taper.
