What is my 98 12v worth?

Took the plunge, upgraded to a 2017.

Now I have to part with my beloved truck, which I know I will regret but I just don't think I can keep it maintained properly just sitting.
Details are in my sig, its a strong towing rig, not a bomber. 198K!
Problem is, the outside is rough. Its been a ranch truck and has scratches, peeling the clearcoat on one door, plus a few dents on the bumper and rear quarter panel.
Still looks kinda sharp and I get lots of compliments.
Interior is ok but the passenger automatic door lock doesn't operate from the driver's side. Its not leather seats were reupholstered with vinyl. OH and a big crack in the dash...

NOT READY TO PART WITH IT YET,
but I'm in California and there aren't' as many trucks as some other parts of the country, making it a little more rare, I think.

Anybody got ideas as to what it might be worth?

Extended cab?

With under 200K I wouldn't let it go cheap, that's for sure.

Quad cab? If so I'd ask a good bit, then wait for a serious buyer..

Even being a Cali truck with EGR I would ask 12K and probably take 9-10K..........

They may call me crazy, but 12 valves not all beat to hooey aren't cheap any more.

That was my thinking exactly, though I;m concerned about the scratches and a few dents
BUT its a 215 pump, no cat (has resonator and muffler)
passed smog in September
For the first time, I no longer have to go to a smog referee because there isn't a cat on it
And the engine has been well cared for, plus some upgrades
Never "bombed",

thanks!

Rust is a pain in the rear, but scratches and dents aren't a big deal, be firm on the upper end and you'll see it...
