Water leak

Thanksgiving day we pulled up in front of my mother in laws house to find a water leak and puddle under the truck. Has top have it towed home from Clovis, thank god for AAA.

Trying to figure out which line. It's on the left side if the motor (standing in front if the truck), between the turbo and the engine, hubby said the 2 lines go into a canister of some sort.

Any ideas?

This what it looks like? If so, it is the water to oil transmission cooler.

That is where my block heater is. It looks like about a 6" x 10" canister with a hose and wire going in on top and a hose coming out the bottom.

Update

Here are some pics from the dealer that look like the correct part, #11, but there is no part number. Worst case scenario can we cut out the bad piece and patch with hose and clamps?

I would not see why you couldn't do that by cutting bad section and longer hose. Make sure it's not close to exhaust pipe/manifold, if it is make some kind of a guard. Also, if it were me I would use double clamps where you cut the tube because most likely you will be cutting off the raised area in the tube/pipe that can help keep the hose from coming off if the clamp gets loose.
