stock fuel fitler plug at bottom

anyone ever plug that bottom part of the stock fuel filter on a 1995 cummins were the factory wiring screws into the bottom of the filter? or know how much a new screw in plug with the wires costs? if anyones ever plugged it what did you use thanks for looking

Or you can use filters that don't have the hole in the bottom.
