Squeaky Rear Brakes

Changed out my rear brake pads last weekend because the brakes were squeaking when I hit the pedal. Replaced the OEM pads with ceramic ones. In hindsight, the OEM pads were still in excellent shape and really didn't need replaced, but since I had everything apart and had the new ones in hand, I threw them in. Well, the rear brakes are squeaking again when the pedal is applied. I greased the pins when I installed the new pads and sprayed the back of the new pads with anti-squeak compound. Anyone have any other ideas as to the cause of the squeaking? Could a piston be stuck?

(I ask about the piston because when I had the left rear caliper off the truck, with the pads out, I pressed the pedal a bit and only one piston moved. Is it normal for only one or the other piston to move out if they are not both pressing against something?)

Ceramic pads are a bad idea, I wouldn't touch them.
They are too hard, squeak and will wear out your rotors instead of the pads.

I'll let you have my front brakes...they squeak too. Then you'll have a matching set.

Arrow Agree!!!

I've had the same problem since I've had this truck and I have factory brake pads, the pads are new and the rotors have been turned...

When I go in reverse it sounds like I'm running over 10 cats while they're holding onto a chalk board...
