I've got the dark multicolored cloth interior on my '02 quad cab. The cloth is worn on what looks to be an insert on the door. The Dodge dealer wants a load of cash for a whole door piece. Is that same cloth available from a upholstery shop for just that piece?

 

When I installed Katzin leather seat covers in my 1995, they came with matching door inserts. There wasn't much to the inserts so I'd bet it would be little trouble for a upholstery shop to make you a new set. Matching one side to the other might be a little hard

 

The uphostered door inserts are held in place by plastic pins that have been melted to form a button head, making it hard to remove and reupholster. You could grind off the button heads to remove but then you have no way to reinstall the panel.

 

From what I understand the factory speckled colored cloth is available.

Try an auto upholstery shop.
