Replaced batteries Lost Radio and ACC

I recently changed my starting batteries and now my radio, electric mirrors, dome light, etc do not work. My fuses are good as best I can tell. Who can tell me what I did wrong? I shined up all my battery connection - didn't help.

Check your IOD fuse. It is in the fuse box on the end of the dash. I don't remember the number at the moment, it has a plastic clip over it.
