Removing Door panels

I want to change the door speakers to some alpines, hopefully to get a better sound. How difficult is it to remove the panels..I have power mirrors, locks and windows.

One screw up by the mirror two in the door handle pocket and gentle pull out and if your lucky the little christmas tree things will still be usable or you can just go to napa and get a box of them cheep. Of course before you can travel any great distance with the panel you gotta just un plug the power leads.

Also obviously one screw holding the door handle on that is an torx head. The christmas tree things are those plastic clips that push through the holes in the door to hold it tight. I found it easy to start popping them off up by where the mirror bolts on. Once you get them all off pop out the control for the windows with a flat screwdiver.

Hot tip...put new christmas tree plugs in the door panel slots and then reassemble. It's a lot esier to get the two middle top ones in first. If Napa doesn't have them get them from Fastenal.
