Rear wheel-well cover
I noticed on my brothers 99 Dodge that there is a black plastic cover on the inside of the rear wheel-well that covers up the frame and makes it look a little better. My 2002 does not have this. Did my truck miss part of the assembly process or is this normal for this year?

I think thats pretty normal... seems most of the newer ones at the dealership here in town are missing those... looks like cost cutting to me

Re:Rear wheel-well cover
The rear wheel well liners are cheap and easy to install. It sucks that they just don't include them, but good old cost cutting!!! I paid $57 canadian each for mine. Took about 15 minutes each to install.

Yep, there easy to install and they don't come on the 2003's either. I just did mine today. Seems like they could make it a option?????
