Thanks guys! I actually told him I'd take the truck for $13,000, never even thought to ask how much with the trailer cause I was tapped for cash. He says to me why don't you take the trailer with it 
! He's a real nice guy, been a good neighbor for years. Now I just have to see if I like camping!
