No parking lights after installing boost gauge.

I have a 1994 ram 2500 and i just installed a Glowshift boost gauge. I hooked everything up as instructed but now i have no parking lights(front or rear) the only wire i had to splice was the dimmer switch wire (i was told it was the black with yellow) and it has a connection with power. I used a fuse adapter to add a fuse on the radio fuse(7) and the parking lamp fuse(18). The fuses are brand new and arnt blown. I cant think if anything else why it would just stop working. Please help if you can!

What adapter are you using?

Have you tried removing the fuse adapter on fuse 18 and checking to see if your parking lights return? Have you checked for power coming out of that adapter?
