Unhappy No Heat

I have just bought a 02 dodge 3500 4x4. When i bought the truck the thermostat was stuck open and truck would not heat up so i thought ok easy fix. I installed a new thermostat and still no heat. I checked my heater hoses and both hoses are hotso i checked my actuator for the blend door and everything there is working fine. What could i possibly be missing....

There could be an air blockage in the lines. Have you tried driving at hiway speeds to see if it will clear it out?

but you could also have a blocked heatercore.
The heat could be working its way to the hoses, but if the core is blocked, it might not be going into it.
