PCM failure is a likely cause.
Do you have the wait to start feature when it is cold, still?
If auto does the OD still work?

IIRC, failure of the Engine Speed Sensor (ESS) or related wiring will cause those symptoms. If the PCM isn't getting an ESS signal, it doesn't know the engine is running so there is no A/C, no tach, no charging.

Connector is up near the top of the timing cover, passenger side.

Replacing the PCM is the very last resort. Did you check and clean the ESS connector, as Pat mentioned? And did you check all the wiring from that point back to the PCM, as I mentioned in my earlier post? It's very possible you have a broken wire or a wire that has rubbed through and may be grounding. You need to do visual and multimeter checks, which means you'll need to disconnect the harness from the PCM and check the pins for the ESS on the connector.
Do you have access to wiring diagrams?

After removing all the wiring harness there was a broke ground between the battery and the Pcm once that connection was fixed everything went back to working perfectly. The truck runs good as new.
