New Shocks Installed
New Shocks Installed
Just had 4 new Bilstein shocks installed on truck no. 2 in my signature. What a difference (to the good) it made! The nut on the old right front shock was missing; as a result, it was bottoming out really bad. I could push in the old shocks on the rear after removal with my finger.
I am looking at a set of the Bilsteins for the front of my '01. I would like to go with the blue and yellow "heavy duty" shocks but will they work with the 2" leveling blocks? I see a listing for a 5100 shock that will work with up to a 2" lift but no mention of this with the heavy duty shocks?
Travelingman....I know you can buy them at summitracing.com. I'm not sure if you can get a better deal anywhere else?

I think everyone runs the 5100s.
