my caliper rubber boots keep coming out!!

Hey I've replaced my calipers with reman's 10k miles ago and the rubbers that surround the pins/sliders on my 99 dodge keep coming out. They are completely out of the caliper and just stuck on the tips of the bolts. It causes the calipers to be really loose and clank around when driving which can't be good. Is there something I'm installing wrong??? should i just let them do as they will or try to keep them forced in the caliper's?

this happened to me. I was told the brakes are fine, but the noise is annoying. The solution for me was to not put any lube on the rubbers, which I was told should be done, and I have not had the problem again.
